FAQ
Yes. The inspection is free and carries no obligation. You keep the report whether or not you hire us.
We check shingles, flashing, vents, valleys, gutters, and visible decking, with a drone survey of the whole roof plus an on-roof assessment. Hail and storm damage are checked on every visit.
You get a photo report the same day. It lists each finding, shows where it is on your roof, and says whether it needs attention now or can wait.
Not for the roof itself. We only need to be let into the attic if you would like it checked from the inside. You are always welcome to walk through the findings with us.
No. We give you an honest repair-or-replace recommendation, and when a small repair is enough we say so.
